Hassle Free Return

Oh no, did they already have one? We think you'll love your goodies but if you change your mind, or someone else has the same (excellent) taste in gifts, you can return the unused item within 14 days of receipt for a credit or refund*.  Don't forget, we also do gift certificates if you're unsure!

Please note that shipping costs can only be refunded if the item is faulty. Once we receive the return, your purchase amount will be refunded to your original form of payment. 

Here's what to do:

1. Let us know by email at info@monkeycaboose.com.au before you send it and we'll give you the address.

2. Please double check that it's fresh-off-the-shelf, in original condition and packaging.

3. Wrap it up well and send it back to us and (once we receive it) get your money back!

*Unfortunately we can't honour change-of-mind returns on sale or clearance items.
