HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • FREE standard shipping for all orders over $100* 
  • FREE local shipping* (within 15km of Melbourne CBD - calculated automatically at checkout).
  • Greater Melbourne flat rate $4.95*
  • Rest of Australia flat rate $9.95*
  • Express Shipping $16.95*
  • International shipping. Get in touch for a quote to your destination!

*excludes furniture and selected bulky items. These will be quoted separately at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Your goodies will be packed (with love) by the next day and sent out with our friendly couriers. We know how annoying it is to miss a delivery so they'll leave it somewhere safe for you if you're not home.

Standard shipping:

VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT - parcels usually take around 1-3 days after dispatch.

WA, NT and Tassie - parcels usually arrive 5-7 days after dispatch.

Express Orders:

Next day delivery is available for orders* placed before 1pm and as long as your address is within the Australia Post Express Post Network (check your postcode here).

RETURNS

We think you'll love your goodies but if you change your mind, or someone else has the same (excellent) taste in gifts, you can return the unused item within 14 days of receipt for a credit or refund*.  Don't forget, we also do gift certificates if you're unsure!

Please note that shipping costs can only be refunded if the item is faulty. Once we receive the return, your purchase amount will be refunded to your original form of payment. 

Here's what to do:

1. Let us know before you send it so we can look out for it.

2. Please double check that it's fresh-off-the-shelf, in original condition and packaging.

3. Wrap it up well and send it back to us and (once we receive it) get your money back!

*Unfortunately we can't honour change-of-mind returns on sale or clearance items. 

WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGING?

We are proud to support the noissue eco-packaging alliance.  The noissue mailers are made from a combination bio-based compostable polymers and plant materials such as regular field-corn and wheat straw. The bags are certified to Australian and international standards for your home compost (or worm farm!).  PLUS, every time we have to more packaging, noissue plants trees for us in areas of need! How good is that?!
