We do our best to make sure stock levels on our virtual shelves are correct. But from time to time, some items may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil your order. We know how disappointing this is so if it happens, we will refund you for the item asap (though we will always offer you an alternative too so that you don't have to start from scratch with your shopping!).
